Called in order, ready upon arrival. The food is always fresh. The store is clean, including the most important area, where the food is cooked! The customer service has been great every time I call for pickup and up on arrival.
Their chicken is probably the best item on the menu in my opinion and second best is the catfish fillet , both are so fresh hot when I get them everytime . Ill add pictures on another review . But this is the BEST SHARKS IN CHICAGO . Customer service is always nice . Ive never had a bad experience at this place .

Fast and friendly service its small but good food
The two sisters that work here are always sweet and professional. I have never had an unpleasant experience. The food is always piping hot, well seasoned, and fresh! They are always busy but, keep the line moving swiftly. This is the best Sharks in the city and its not debatable!
